Retail Buyer Artificial Flowers & Home Décor (full time)
As a Retail Buyer, you are the link between our major online and retail customers, our office in China, and internal teams such as Design and Account Management. You ensure that our products are developed on time, according to the right specifications and quality standards, at the best possible price and that they reach our customers stores right on schedule.
What We’re Looking For & What We Offer
We’re seeking a Retail Buyer who can oversee the entire purchasing process from A to Z – from needs analysis to final delivery. You translate customer needs into an attractive product range, working closely with our Product Designers, Account Managers, and international offices in China and India.
You drive product development, monitor quality, timelines, and pricing, and ensure that collections perfectly match the wishes of our retail clients. With your commercial insight, you present collections, negotiate the best terms, and prepare quotations in collaboration with the Sales team.
You’ll also keep purchasing administration and reporting well-organized, monitor supplier performance, and contribute to sustainable and responsible sourcing in line with BSCI guidelines. Together with colleagues from Sales and Logistics, you ensure optimal stock levels, timely deliveries, and maximum customer satisfaction.

Who You Are
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree (HBO level), preferably in Commercial Economics, Fashion Management, or Supply Chain.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within retail or production.
- You are a strong communicator, commercially minded, and work in a structured way.
- You can easily switch between strategic thinking and operational execution.
- Knowledge of international production processes (China/India) is a plus.
